Our advisers give friendly and non-judgemental advice on a range of issues to help you make the most of your student experience! The SU Advice Service is completely free for students and it's independent from the University.
You can talk to an adviser about anything and be confident that we’re listening. If there's something we can't help you with, we'll know someone else who can!  We'll take our time to explore your options with you and talk about your next steps.

The SU Advice service requires all students requesting advice and support to complete and submit our Student Contact Form. Please do this using the link below:

 

Once you have completed and submitted a student contact form, a member of the team will be in touch with you within three working days. During busy periods we may take up to five working days to respond. 

 

If you wish to book an appointment with an adviser, please use the appointment booking link below. Important: please note, you must complete and submit a Student Contact Form before booking an appointment with us. If we have not received a completed form, we will contact you to complete one, before we have an appointment with you.
