If you have a learning disability, you can get additional support throughout your studies. It is advisable that you contact student support as soon as possible. Disability and Wellbeing Advisers can help with reasonable adjustments, extensions, Disabled Students Allowance, counselling and much more. ·      Mondays:         3:00pm – 4:00pm

·      Tuesdays:        1:00pm – 2:00pm

·      Wednesdays: 10:00am – 11.00am

·      Fridays:            2:00pm – 3:00pm

 

Academic Support

If you feel like you need some additional academic support, the Library hosts regular workshops on revision, time management, referencing, critical writing and much more! You can find an up to date list of workshops here. Your course will also have its very own Academic Liaison Librarian that specialises in your subject area, you can find out who this is by looking in your Course Handbook, or by emailing the library on learningservices@uos.ac.uk.
