16-25 Rail Card

 

Do you use the trains to get to and from university or to visit family?

If you are a full time student, you can get the 16-25 rail cards! Are you a MATURE student? You can still get one!

The 16-25 rail card can save you up to 1/3 on trips to different towns, days out to the coast, or weekend festivals – as many times as you like!

The 16-25 railcard is a one off payment of £30 for a year, but don’t worry, you’ll make that back almost instantly! If you have a NUS card, you can also save an additional 12% when you purchase it. Just make sure you order it from the NUS website

You can buy a 3-year railcard for £70, unfortunately the 12% discount does not apply to this.

 

BUSES

 

Ipswich Buses are a regular and reliable service! There are bus stops close to the Waterfront on Duke Street, as well as the Bus Station being a short walk away in the town centre.

16-19 years old? You could save up to 25% on your travel with the Endeavour Card, you can apply for this card at the Suffolk County Council Website. 

Got young children? No problem! Under 5’s travel free on Ipswich buses.
