Active Bystander Training for Sports and Societies Committees and Members
Some individuals have a negative experience through discrimination and harassment, often feeling targeted and unsafe. Through open discussion, the training will focus on ways in which you can call out these behaviours and advocate for others when needed, if it is deemed safe to do so. It is really important to the SU and the University that we deliver training on this for Sport and Society committees and members especially on the lead up to Reclaim The Night. We want to see as many people there as possible. Training will be delivered in person, on campus, room to be confirmed.
